How it works

Paste from Excel
The customer copies two columns from their spreadsheet — product code and quantity — and pastes them into OrderPad. The module parses the list instantly, validates every SKU, and shows stock levels and prices in real time.

Upload a CSV
For customers who prefer files, OrderPad accepts CSV uploads with two columns: `sku` and `quantity`. A ready-to-use template is available to download directly from the page.

Search by SKU/Product code
For shorter orders, customers can type SKU codes or product names row by row. Quantities are set inline. New rows are added with a single click.

Back office: Statistics included

The back office Statistics tab shows you exactly how customers are using OrderPad:
– Total orders placed through the module
– Average order value
– Active users in the last 30 days
– Per-customer breakdown: orders, last order date, total spent

Export everything to CSV for reporting.
